streets
Realtor’s name, Agency and phone numbers
Style of home (row, twin, colonial, ranch, etc)
Number of bedrooms and age of property
Occupied or vacant
Utilities on or off
Public or private water and sewer

Price of property
Listing agent’s name and phone number
Seller’s name and phone number

What should I do after booking my inspection?
Give the scheduling information to your Realtor- the Realtor will then advise the Homeowner of the day and time of the inspection.

When Do I Request An Inspector?
The best time to consult the inspector is right after you’ve made an offer on your new building. The real estate contract usually allows for a grace period to inspect the building. Ask your professional agent to include this inspection clause in the contract, making your purchase obligation contingent upon the findings of a professional inspection.
